Pretty Pink Posh Penguin Pals

Hello, again, my friends! I decided to make another clean and simple holiday card to add to my collection. For this card, I used the Penguin Pals stamp set and other products from Pretty Pink Posh. I have listed all the products below.

To make this card, I stamped the images onto white cardstock and colored them in with Copic Markers. Here are the colors I used:

Penguins: C7, C5, C3, Y15, Y17, and R20
Hat: R29, R27, and R24

For the card panel, I positioned the hugs shaker die onto a piece of white card stock, which was 4.25″ x 5.5″ in size, and cut it out with my die cutting machine. I carefully removed the sentiment and attached the scallop back onto the card stock by taping it in place. I repeated this process and glued another scallop onto the first one to create some dimension. I finished the card panel by stamping the sentiment underneath the scalloped circle.

For the background, I blended distress oxide ink (Chipped Sapphire, Tumbled Glass, and Broken China) onto some Bristol paper the same size as the card panel. I spattered some white acrylic paint onto the background and set it aside to dry.

To put the card together, I attached foam tape to the back of the card panel. Next, I attached this to the background. I glued the images onto the background and finished the card by gluing on some jewels.

What a cute stamp set! I can’t wait to make more cards with it!

Thanks for stopping by! – Mona
