Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend! I had some free time yesterday evening, so I decided to make a card using the Honey Bee Stamps Spring Blossoms stamp set and the Pretty Pink Post Blissful Butterflies stamp set. I love the Spring Blossoms stamp set! The flowers are a nice size and perfect for watercolor! The Blissful Butterflies stamp set is small; therefore, it is at a lower price point, which is nice. I like it when companies release small stamp sets because you can get some great images at an affordable price which is great for anyone on a tight budget.
To make this card, I stamped the flowers onto some watercolor paper with Versamark ink. I then added clear embossing powder and heat set it. I used my Arteza watercolor brush pens to color each of the flowers and set them aside to dry. After they dried, I cut them out using my Brother ScanNCut. I purchased this machine a few months ago, and I love it!

I glued the flowers onto a rectangle I cut out with the largest of the Gina Marie’s Wonky Stitched Rectangle Dies (4 x 5 ½). I used Versafine Black Onyx ink to stamp out three butterflies from the Pretty Pink Posh Blissful Butterflies stamp. To give the butterflies more sparkle, I heat embossed them with Hero Arts Sparkle Embossing powder. To finish the card, I stamped the hello sentiment from the same stamp set and glued on some crystal gems.

I glued a piece of fun foam behind the card front and then glued everything onto a 4.25” x 5.5” top folding notecard.
